My intel i5 8th gen hasn't been performing to it's maximum capability ever since i updated to 24h2 update on windows 11. On 23h2 it was running just fine i was able to run some average games like GTA 5 smoothly but ever since i updated to 24h2 its speed has been stuck at 1.80GHz it doesn't even change or periodically update it's just stuck at the value 1.80GHz, everything has gotten sluggish. Unfortunately, i thought windows would release a fix to that but they haven't yet the roll back update feature has expired for me so I'm stuck with this issue. I even tried switching to a Beta build but there was no change. Before the beta I even tried reinstalling the 24h2 update it didn't fix my problem.
