Query on processor cache merging on physical server

Suppose I am using a two socket blade server of HP/Lenovo with 2 nos. of 2nd Generation Intel® Xeon® Scalable Processors 5218 Processors. As per specification each processor contains

16 x Cores@ 2.30GHz each with 22MB Cache. Now my question is that can these two processor cache be added so that we can assume that the total cache achievable will be 44MB (22MB+22MB).
