I filed a warranty request and was told by "Brian" that the RMA was approved. I opted to provide $25 and and pay deposit to expedite the process for the 14900K replacement. I was told I would be reached out to the following day by a card specialist to take my payment, that did not happen, and after multiple attempts to follow-up with "Brian" I opened a separate ticket was closed and prompted Brian to reach out and tell me that I would get a call from a card specialist on 9/9. That again did not happen and I have sent 4 requests through the original RMA ticket and have not received any responses. It has been 10 days and not a word. Is this Intel no longer honoring RMAs?
