RMA for OEM Extreme Processor

HI there,

I have an OEM processor purchased in another country. The Processor is an Intel Core I7 2960xm. I need to find out if there is a way I can have the unit checked\replaced locally, possibly by a channel partner in South Africa? Possibly someone within Intel that could assist me with my problem?

If you purchased your processor as part of a computer from an Original Equipment Manufacturer you should contact your computer manufacturer for the latest updates and technical support information. You should also contact your computer manufacturer or point of purchase regarding processor warranties.
