Regarding the https://softwareoffer.intel.com Intel Performance Pack

I can not claim my Intel Performance Pack. I got the code off of Newegg when i a bought an ASUS SCAR laptop. When i enter the code i am redirected to a site where i have to agree to the terms and conditions, when i check the box and enter "submit" i am stuck on the same page loading.Capture.PNG

I tried using a different browser, cleared the cookies and cache, i tried reaching out to intel but i couldn't do that from the same site above because they keep telling me after filling out my information "Error Submitting Support Ticket"

In the right bottom corner of the https://softwareoffer.intel.com/Redeem page is a label "Support". Press on it and fill the forma with your question.

Leon, ive tried this multiple times as i am trying to claim my Black ops 4 and when you fill in the form it just says "Error submitting support ticket"

Still problems exists with moving the Support Community to the new place. Wait and I hope some body from Intel will give the right link. I affray that you need to wait till Monday.

I'm having the same issue and unable to find a fix. Support link doesn't work. Had to go to intel's main site and submit a case there.
