Reset in any game, error 10016, very high temperatures, why?

hi, i have a problem with 6700k, cooling is custom water,what's wrong with those temperatures? water is at 30-35 *, the problem is that in any game in a few seconds since it opens it remains stuck pc, drastically increases processor temperature to 80+, and it remains stuck until I restart, the error I find in LOG is 10016

You can do so by downloading our Intel ® Processor Diagnostic Tool. Yes, there was no problem out there, I did not solve what it had until today, I changed the motherboard and the power supply.

It was not the blame processor or the video card, I checked them with a friend.
