Sandy bridge turbo boost maxTDP ?

Hello,

I just want to know if new Sandy bridge CPUs operate in "Turbo Boost" mode they maxTDP is within spec or higher ?

If higher how do I know how mutch exactly ?

(for example i5-2500T 2.3Gz rated TDP is 45W, what maxTDP will be if it operates in turbo boost mode 3.3Gz ?)
