Thanks for posting in the community, I just wanted to confirm that you have updated your Windows OS, and all drivers necessary for your laptop? Also, to further investigate this I will add some few more questions for this:
- Can you tell me the connectivity options available for your Mouse?
- What is the exact model name of your laptop and Mouse?
- Have you tried using it on wired to check if your mouse is working fine?
- Also, just to confirm you want to connect your mouse via Bluetooth?
