Hi.
We use an i7 processor on a custom circuit board based on UP Xtreme i11 Tiger Lake.
We were advised on the (groups.io/g/slimbootloader/) forum to use the latest (MR8) versions of Slimboot code & FSPDbg.bin.
So we obtained the MR8 folders for Slimboot after searching through Intel RDC.
We built MR8 Slimboot & stitched it using the following commands:
Build:
D:\SBL_TGL-UP3_MR8\SblPlatform>python SblBuild.py build tgl -fd -k -p "OsLoader.efi:LLDR:Lz4;UEFIPAYLOAD.fd:UEFI:Lzma"
Stitch:
D:\SBL_TGL-UP3_MR8\SblPlatform>cd SblOpen
D:\SBL_TGL-UP3_MR8\SblPlatform\SblOpen>python Platform\TigerlakeBoardPkg\Script\StitchIfwi.py -b legacy -p tglu_b0 -w D:\StitchingV -d 0xAA000004 -s Outputs\tgl\Stitch_Components.zip -c Platform\TigerlakeBoardPkg\Script\StitchIfwiConfig_tglu.py -o 32MB
Since we used -fd for build, we expected that:
FspDbg.bin (of size 1696 KB with the following path) would produce debug information.
D:\SBL_TGL-UP3_MR8\SblPlatform\SblOpen\Silicon\TigerlakePkg\FspBin\FspDbg.bin
But we do NOT see debug information on the serial port.
1. Are our build & stitch commands right ?
1.1. If so: Where can we get a working FsbDbg.bin for MR8 ?
1.2. If NOT: What are the right build & stitch commands ?
Thanks.
