Slow/No Support Ticket Response for RMA

Hello.  I submitted a ticket for RMA of my processor (8.10.24) and 4 days later received a response and confirmation that the processor is indeed faulty.  The message requested more information of contact details and address with Serial Number, Batch Number and several other questions. It also requested that I respond with the type of service I would like to use for RMA (option 1 or 2, standard (SWR) or cross shipping). I responded with all requested information and verified all contact information was correct. I haven't gotten any phone call for further instructions or to pay for the cross shipping service fee. I have responded several times asking if I need to do anything else to help the process. I have checked my junk mail and inbox. I have answered every call that comes to my phone (including all spam calls) to make sure I answer the intel call. Please help, it's almost been a week and I haven't heard anything.  My processor is out of my computer and I am not able to use my computer.  Also, I would prefer a refund if possible so I can purchase a newer processor if possible.  Thanks so much.
