Still unable to claim Battlefield 6 from Intel CPU Promotion...

I purchased a Intel 14600kf processor and received a code that I redeemed last month on the Intel website. The Battlefield 6 "Intel Gamer Days" bundle was added to my Intel Software account with instructions that I could claim the code starting October 3rd. I've been trying to claim the code multiple times daily but keep getting the same message: ""

I have submitted a ticket with my proof of purchase but have heard nothing back yet. The game already launched and i cannot play it cause of this. it says to contact support, but support took 3-4 days, is this some kind of joke ? I want it today!

Is there anyone else having this problem or any suggested

I have also redeemed with a MasterKey and am having this issue when I try to claim it and it's been almost 3 days and no response on Intel's part.

This is unnaceptable for a multi billion dollar company.

For bundle promotions and game code redemption problems, please coordinate directly with our Software Advantage Program team. They handle all promotional game codes and can resolve redemption issues. They'll be able to assist with your Battlefield 6 code availability and on how to resolve this issue.

Hey @RandyT_Intel. How we can reach them since they refuse to answer. Soon the promo will end, codes are valid until end of the month. We are on seen everywhere. How long we need to wait for a single key ( which in my opinion should be automatic process ). So dissappointed...

Let me check what I can do on my end. I’ll coordinate this concern internally and reach out to the relevant team that specifically handles issues related to code redemption.

 

In the meantime, have you also contacted the place of purchase? They may have better visibility into the ongoing promotion. From my side, the only available option I can currently see is to submit a claim through the Software Advantage Program team, which I don’t have access to.

 

That said, please hold on while I double-check if there’s anything else we can do. I’ll post an update here as soon as I have more information.

Hey @RandyT_Intel . 
The thing is that my CPU that is 14600 KF was part of it and it was a gift to me. I dont have any reciept or anything. They just gifted me the master code, which was sucessfully inserteded into the platform. It says i got BF 6 which is nice, but when i press button Claim i got the following error: Ref. 002: Click the support link on this site to receive assistance
I will be glad if you can help me with faster communication, because 3 business days for something that should be automatic is a lot. Also as far i checked the threads here is a common issue which happens to anyone. So please help me, you are the only one who respond here...and i`m desparate. I want to play my game which i paid money for it ( sort of ).

Hey Randy - I am also receiving the same error. I bought a 265k and installed it 2 days ago (came with Master Key etc) and submitted support and still waiting for a response. If there's any way you can help - my request #246957 for the ticket.

FYI they emailed me back a few hours ago, and fixed my issue (I was able to log in to the softwareoffer.intel.com and my code was there). For reference, I submitted my support request Sunday night, and got back to me today, Wednesday. Although I did sent a screenshot of my purchase receipt, master key etc.

So giving you an update. I recieved an answer from them. They told me they block the promo codes until you send a verification where you buy it. I provided them and they told me that the seller missmatch. Its a lie obviously and i buyed a fresh copy and give up from this scam support. Not sure how many players exactly they scammed, but its not ok. Given the fact that their support answers 3 days later shows exactly how much they care. Promo ends soon, so give up, they are not willing to help.
