System random freeze on E3-1225

I have a system with E3-1225 running Linux (> kernel-3.4), it random freeze every few days, or even several times in one day. The only log I got is as following:

Else, you will need to contact your Linux* flavor developer for assistance on decoding.

As far as troubleshooting, what we can recommend you is making sure the motherboard lists your processor as compatible, having the latest BIOS version loaded and, testing the processor on a different compatible system.
