I have an Intel Core i7 4790K processor on an ASRock Z97 Pro4 motherboard and can not get the TPM 2.0 to enable. The 2.0 TMP does not show when I go into the ASRock BIO setup, So I can not enable it. Is my processor unable to handle it?

Then you need to contact asrock for support.  It is their bios.
