The Power of NPU in Intel Ultra Processors

Does anyone know how to measure the power of NPU in Ultra Processors (e.g. Ultra 185h)? I just want to analysis what's the Perf/W benefit and compare it with its iGPU, and try to benefit the code.

 

I also check the datasheet, in the datasheet, it only shows which power rail is used for CPU core, iGPU and other low power ip. Does the NPU share the power rail with SA? If so, how can it achieve its DVFS?
