Hi Thomas-NRW,
Thank you for posting on the community and I apologize for the delay.
Can you confirm that you are looking for the temperature parameter in the Intel Extreme Utility? If it is, the Package Temperature you should be looking for. As it refers to the temperature of the processor.
For more information on how you can locate it please refer to this article: Where Can I Check Processor Frequency and Other Parameters Using Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility (Intel® XTU)?
Please let me know if this is what you are looking for, and tell me if there are other inquiries that I can assist you with. I am looking forward hearing from you.
Best regards,

hello Dhanniel,
thanks for the link, the relevant boxes are checked ...
Meanwhile i have installed the tool at an relative fresh installation of win10, curiously there it will work as expected.
Something in the system prevents access of the intel tool to the sensor data, but I find it strange that CpuID and other monitoring tools can query this data.
if you don't have any ideas on this behaviour, the subject is closed for me.
Best regards,
Thomas

Hi Thomas-NRW,
Thank you for your response. I would like to have some follow up request for you, can you please take a screenshot again of your Intel Extreme Utility (XTU) and send it in the thread. Additionally, can you share to me other parameters that you would like to see on the Intel Extreme Utility (XTU)? I am looking forward hearing from you.
Best regards,
Dhanniel M.
