Ultra7 265k:The power consumption is extremely high with default settings

Hello

I have a problem with my processor.

After upgrading the BIOS, when I ran stress tests (aida64, cinebench r23, cpuz,...), my processor's power consumption was very high, exceeding the default maximum power consumption of 250W. This caused my processor to overheat and then reduce its frequency. When I use XTU to remove the power consumption limit of the processor, the power consumption can instantly reach 300w.The CPU voltage displayed in AIDA64 is 1.209V. But in the initial BIOS version, I overclocked the CPU to P 5.4 GHz/E 5.0Ghz, and the frequency was very stable with a power consumption of around 250W.However, I noticed that the default power consumption of other people is only around 200W. I have downgraded the BIOS to many versions, but it has not been effective.

Specifications:

CPU: Intel Core Ultra 265k

MotherBoard: Corlorful BATTLE-AX Z890M-PLUS V20

Graphics: Intel Arc A750

Contact your motherboard manufacturer regarding their bios, and what they did to it.

The bios changed.  the cpu did not.
