Unable to install Intel Intel Driver & Support Assistant

I have been trying off and on for a few months to install the Intel Driver and Support Assistant. Once the install gets to the point in the screenshot it no longer progresses. I have left it running overnight to make sure it wasn't running very slowly. It was working fine when I was using windows 10. I upgraded to windows 11 about a year ago and the software stopped working. I uninstalled the software and when I tried to re-install it I noticed this install issue happening. In attempts to get it working I have done the following:

I have disabled all the non-microsoft services on start up on my computer.

I have disabled all the start up applications.

I have deleted all the temp files.

I have cleared my internet history and cache.

I have ran system scans for corrupt files a few times.

I am not sure what else to look for. I really appreciate any help. I can still check for driver updates and install them manually, but I used to love how easy it was to use this software to check for updates and install them as needed for several drivers at once.

What browser are you using?

So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.

 Download and run Intel DSA Uninstaller first. This will remove all remains of the previous installation. Next, try to install Intel DSA again.

Thank you so much! That fixed the issue. I was able to install it and update my drivers.

I guess there was some lingering items on my computer from the previous install. Very much appreciated!!

I'm having the same issue DSA will not install or start.

I've also tried the uninstaller, all unsuccessful. 

At one point I had DSA working then it stopped. When I run the uninstaller; UAC pops up, I click yes but nothing happens. When I run the DSA to try and repair same thing also happens, UAC pops up, I click yes but nothing happens.

Strangely I still see the Intel Driver & Support Assistant, as well as Intel Driver & Support Assistant Updater in services, but they will not start and gives me "Error 2: The system cannot find the file specified", when I try to start them.
