Unable to start Intel Extreme Tuning Utility because the drivers are not present

As the title.

I downloaded XTUSetup_10.0.1.31

but

My spec:

13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900KF 3.00 GHz

Windows 10 Pro 22H2

And I checked the processors supported

Correction, the version is XTU 7.14.2.14exe
not 10.0
