I'm trying to submit an RMA request for my i7-13700K CPU but every single time I try to submit it on the support website it just hangs up and never loads or submits. I saw someone else on this forum have the same issue and posted about it and the only way they got a ticket opened was someone responded.
The same hang up is happening to me on the website. I am trying to report that my CPU is preventing me from even booting into Windows for more than a few second before freezing and requiring a hard reset. I know it's a CPU issue because I tested each component (RAM/GPU/hard drive/etc.) to isolate the issue and swapping the CPU is what fixed it.

Not sure what other way to submit a request as the website is messed up.
