I'm trying to submit a support request via https://supporttickets.intel.com for my i9 13900K CPU which is showing severe instability, and I would like to initiate support under warranty.
When I click submit, the loading spinner stays indefinitely, and the support request is not saved / submitted. I have retried across multiple browers, operating systems, and devices.
In the browser console, the errors often follow the form "內部伺服器發生錯誤\n錯誤識別碼: 1643727023-52901 (644527025)"
I already tried to clear the cache of the browser
I already tried to use different computers
I already tried to use different browser
I already tried to use different network
I already tried to use the https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/contact-us.html#support-intel-products_873:873
I have tried every possible method.
But still unable to create ticket.
Please help to create the RMA ticket ASAP, thanks
