Unable to submit support request

I'm trying to submit a support request via https://supporttickets.intel.com for my i9 14900K CPU which is showing severe instability, and I would like to initiate support under warranty.

When I click submit, the loading spinner stays indefinitely, and the support request is not saved / submitted. I have retried across multiple browers, operating systems, and devices.

In the browser console, the errors often follow the form "An internal server error has occurred\nError ID: 53214788-294540 (644527025)"

I attempted to call the support hotline, but I am just redirected to the website instead.

Is there any other way to get in contact with support?

Hi Mike, thanks for responding. I'm running into the same issue even after clearing my browser cache (across multiple devices, like I mentioned in the original post) and using that link you sent directly.

Is there any other way I can submit a support ticket?

Hello ziyad-edher,

Thank you for the quick update.

I have created a new case for you to report the processor for RMA.

I will be sending an email using the other case on the email address associated with your profile here in the communities.

Please check your inbox.

Thank you and have a great day.

Best regards,

I have the same exact issue. Trying to send in warranty support/request for my Intel i9-13900k with the known issues.

Have been re-filling the information and trying to submit for 3 hours now, 3 different computers + phone.

Hello. The past year I've had issues with my computer, randomly crashes, blue screens, instability, problems alltogether and today my friend told me about the widespread issues with these processors and that Intel had raised the warranty to 5 years.

Been trying all day to submit a RMA request, but it just keeps on loading after i've filled in all information, so the support request is stuck in draft.

Tried three different browsers + mobile, without VPN and everything.

Same issue here, with an i7-13700KF. Submit hangs forever and the request stays stuck in draft.

Two drafts that will not submit: 06960804 and 06960812. Both have the evidence files attached.

Three error IDs from three separate attempts:

1797319906-21667 (461709941)

1073731056-20646 (461709941)

6751827-25029 (461709941)

All three share 461709941. I tried long and short field values, a minimal submission with only the required fields, and a completely new request. Cache cleared. It fails identically every time.

Batch X251H735, serial U2R70T7500008. The warranty checker shows Current until 2028/06/11.

Michael, could you create a case for me as you did for ziyad-edher earlier in this thread?

One more thing that may be related: the phone number field is mandatory but has no asterisk. "Save for later" validates it and shows an error. "Submit request" does not, and sends the form without it.

Try emailing them [email protected] and keep contacting them several more times. Eventually, they may manually reopen a case for you, because the online system is not necessarily available for everyone to create a new case automatically.

Also, remember to check your warranty status online, take a screenshot showing the warranty expiration date, and keep it for your records. Intel's current support documentation confirms that you can check warranty coverage through its Online Service Center.

If you choose the warranty replacement option, once you receive the replacement CPU, make sure to test it with two RAM sticks in dual-channel mode or other if have any happen. It is important to verify this immediately, because the replacement CPU could potentially have the same kind of problem as mine.

If you only use one RAM stick now and later upgrade to two sticks expecting dual-channel operation, you could end up with a serious problem if the CPU's memory controller is defective.

The replacement unit may be brand new and factory-sealed, but it is possible that defective CPUs or CPUs returned by other customers were mistakenly placed into this inventory, or that a CPU had a manufacturing defect but was accidentally moved into the area for products that had already passed quality inspection. This is just my speculation, though I have no evidence to prove it.

Please be patient and try again, and provide additional supporting evidence. As shown in the attached image, they have responded to and communicated with me nearly a hundred times via that same email address and support portal thread. In my experience, there isn't a fixed channel for it. Don't give up, because doing so would mean letting someone else achieve their goal.

I am currently dealing with a similar issue i9-13900KF, so you may want to refer to my experience here. Now after 112 days, Intel closed warranty case #06872957 without resolution. A new case #06937844 was opened following my public post — but after 29 days, no response or resolution has been provided in either support thread and many things with prove.
