Unable to update my Windows 11

Hello, I have dell latitude 5420 intel i5, laptop running on Windows 11 23 H2 and want to update it to Windows 11 24H2, but I'm unable to do it. It was showing that "You're up to date." Is there any issue with my processor? please help to resolve the issue. I have attached the screenshot below.

Windows 11 belongs to Microsoft.  Contact Microsoft for support with their product.

1. You have some problem in Windows Update. Run the Windows Update Troubleshooter and try to update your computer. 

2. If still the update will not work, update your Windows with an in-place upgrade.  Use Option One from this Tutorial.
