Unable to use warranty request form or live chat...how do I submit?

This was the 3rd option.... when I try the online from at https://supporttickets.intel.com/ it hangs. I have tried 3 different browsers and even private mode on all. Sick of typing in all that information so many times.

 

When I try the live chat I am presented with "Authentication Error".


Posting here on the forums is the final option... is there an email address or something else to contact with in order to get things started?

I truly appreciate the time and effort you’ve put into trying to resolve this issue—it really makes a difference. Just to check, have you had the chance to clear your browser’s cache? Sometimes this simple step can help resolve unexpected behavior.

 

Also, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate System Support Utility (SSU) report. Please follow instructions here and send the report - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*
