Can be possible somehow the upgrade from Windows 10 to 11 for the Asus Desktop K31AN with Intel Pentium Quad Core with processor J2900 and integrated Intel HD Graphics with DirectX 11.2 ?

Very, very unlikely.  However, you need to be asking Microsoft, as they (not Intel) are making the rules about supported processors.
