VT-x tela preta ERRO

Quando eu habilito o Intel Virtual Technology , O computador inicia e fica so o mouse na tela e não inicia o explorer.exe e quando eu desabilito volta ao normal , mais quero habilitar para jogar ,oq eu faço ?
