I am presuming that you really mean 4th gen (and not 14th gen).
The 4th gen processors were discontinued in 2018 and their End of Servicing date was in 2021. Any 4th gen processors being sold today are coming from used stockpiles or from distributor dead stock. In theory (read: I'm not a lawyer), you are entitled to the standard world-wide 3-year Limited Warranty if,
- You are the first owner of this processor (secondary owners have no warranty).
- You purchased this processor as a component, separate from a system (if it came as part of a system, your warranty comes from the manufacturer of that system, not Intel).
- You purchased it through an authorized distributor or reseller.
- You didn't purchase it in China or Australia (different warranties apply if the processor is purchased in China or Australia).
