I bought my first desktop computer, and it has an i5-14600KF processor. Idle temperature is around 35 °C, but when I play Black Ops 6 multiplayer for example, the temperature is 75-90 °C, even if I use an aggressive fan curve. Is that too high? Is there a way to lower it?
My GPU temperature is normal.
Here are the components of my PC:

It's a good idea to update your motherboard BIOS and the supporting drivers to the latest versions available from the ASUS support site. And having done so to set the BIOS to the Intel Default Settings.
Your CPU temps of 75 to 90C are certainly within an acceptable range. CPU air coolers are affected by ambient temperature and case air flow. You don't mention your case or case fans but if you want lower processor temperatures consider adding extra fans if there are vacant positions for them.
The exhaust fan is more significant than might be appreciated. I run a 140mm PWM rear exhaust fan and as the ASUS motherboard has a CPU_OPT fan header plug the exhaust fan into that. This means that the exhaust fan runs in sync with the CPU cooler fan.
