What graphics card is Intel's Integrated Graphics equivalent to?

Reason for asking: 

I purchased a new 550W SMPS to check if a PSU failure was the reason my 11 year old PC wasn't booting. Still no boot, so I'm purchasing a new processor (Intel i5 11400), motherboard and RAM. However, since the 11400 works at 154W in PL2, and I'd likely have to run it in turbo mode and with XMP enabled, for many hours at a stretch, (and due to a low budget), I may not be able to add a dedicated graphics card, because of the SMPS's 550W limitation and the amount of heat generated by the CPU (for which I'd have to buy an after-market cooler).

Background info:

This is not for gaming, but I will be programming Convolutional Neural Networks, Generative Adversarial Networks (for which a GPU is helpful) and maybe develop some very simple 3D games using Unity 3D or Godot Engine.

The question:

So I'd like to know approximately (I know you can't be exact, but you can certainly make a ballpark estimate) what NVIDIA graphics card the i5 11400's Integrated Graphics is almost equal to. I'll be using 16+16GB DDR4 3200MHz RAM and either an MSI or ASUS B560 motherboard. As a response, you could reply something like: "The i5 11400 can give you the approximate performance of an NVIDIA GT 710 graphics card".
