What improvements are there about the MOSFET of newly demonstrated 10th Gen products?

Hello Intel.

I am a student in Cambridge University who major in Microfabrication. We are doing a research project of the improvements of MOSFET. We noticed that you have demonstrated the new 10nm 10th Gen products. So, we want to inquire you about the improvements about their MOSFET (Just like from Planar Gate of 32 nm to Tri-Gate FinFET of 22nm and 14nm). What are the advantages of new MOSFET ? And how do you get it?
