What is the lowest safe VID value on the i7-8750h?

When i did Undervolting tests (with ThorttleStop & HWmonior),

No matter how low the voltage was, there seemed to be no problem.

But, a few friends talk to me about low voltage problem(they say it causes the destruction of CPU).

Could you please let me know the minimum VID voltage(the lowest possiable) available on i7-8750h?
