What is the maximum cpu temperature for Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 2.4GHz?

I want to know the maximum cpu temperature for my Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 2.4Ghz processor at 100% load. I downloaded SpeedFan and it keeps telling me that my CPU is above 60 degrees. My cpu goes up to 70 degrees. It has the correct CPU Fan and everything. I'am using a MSI's MS-7529 motheboard with Nvidia Geforce 8300 GS video card.

The maximum recommended temeprature for this processor is 60.1 degrees Celsius as showing at:

Using SpeedFan or MSI Dual CoreCenter at Maximum load it shows 70+ degrees.
