What is the operating temperature for i7-6700T?

Hi,

may I know what is the normal operating temperature for an i7-6700T processor?

I bought a mini desktop (HP EliteDesk 800 G2 35W Desktop Mini), so the cooling is not that great.

At idle, temperature is at 40~45 degree Celsius. When in use, it is at about 52~65 average, but could hit 75 degree Celsius sometimes (not frequent).

This processor can operate without issues at 80°C and 90°C, however the TCASE is 66°C as you can see here:https://ark.intel.com/products/88200/Intel-Core-i7-6700T-Processor-8M-Cache-up-to-3_60-GHz https://ark.intel.com/products/88200/Intel-Core-i7-6700T-Processor-8M-Cache-up-to-3_60-GHz When running about 52~65 you will be fine, one thing I recommend is to have your system BIOS up to date and as well to run Windows update to have Windows up to date.
