What temps are acceptable for an I7-7700k?

I've applied thermal paste correctly and the processor works like a dream. at idle I'm seeing around 30c and 30c-45c under a light load. If I play GTAV on highest settings, I only run about 70c but if I play Naraka Bladepoint my temps reach 90c and I'm not sure how safe that is. Does anyone have any help, advice, or experience with i7-7700k's? Do they just normally run this hot?

Those temperatures are perfectly fine. Provided they stay this way, the processor will not suffer any heat-related degradation.
