Where can I find the latest Intel Turbo boost technology support...

... for Intel Core i3 and Intel HD Graphics. I found one on DELL website, but it's an old version.

What kind of support in particular? Help on how to enable/configure it? Drivers? Also, what make is your motherboard?

If the PC is a Dell, then there will probably be little or no options available to configure the processor, besides the power management settings in your OS.

[edit] Just re-read your question - I don't think i3 processors have Turbo boost.
