Which Atom processor is best for battery life?

I was about to buy a Dell Notebook when I noticed that they offer models with different Atom processors: Z530 and Z450. My main concern is least power usage... any suggestion as to which one would be best for this?

There you find the information regarding Thermal Design Power and VID Voltage Range between the two.

Note: There's no Intel(R) Atom(TM) Processor with model number as 'Z450'.
