Why is my Intel i7-13700K showing lower performance after the latest BIOS update?

After updating my motherboard BIOS, my CPU seems to be running cooler but benchmarks dropped by about 10–15%. Could this be related to new power limits or microcode changes?

You will need to ask your device manufacturer what they did to THEIR bios.
