Will PCe Gen 2 card enjoy all the benefits of E5 Integrated IO ?

I ordered Dell with e5-1410 and I also have 10Gbe card which says:

PCIe x8 Gen 2.0 compliant (PCIe Gen 3.0 compatible)

@ 5.0 GT/s for full, 40 Gbps bi-directional bandwidth

Will the Integrated IO work for this card?
