Windows 10 driver for accessing GPIO pins on J4105 processor

Hello,

I recently purchased an Odroid-H2 development board. The board is using the Intel® Quad-Core J4105 processor. I've been trying to find the Windows 10 drivers that access the GPIO pins (i.e. UART, I2C) on this board. Does anyone have a link to any Windows 10 driver for accessing these IO pins? Forgive me if this isn't the correct area to post in, but I couldn't find a GPIO section to post on.
