Hi @Zimniasty,

Thank you for posting here in our community. To effectively diagnose and address the issue you're experiencing, I kindly ask you to provide detailed responses to the following questions. This information will help us isolate the problem and determine the most appropriate course of action.

  •  Was the system working previously, or did it function correctly during initial setup?
  • What specific changes have been made to the system? Were there any hardware or software modifications?
  • Could you please confirm the exact version of Intel XTU you're currently running?
  • Have you encountered any error messages during launch or while using Intel Optimizer?

I look forward to your response and am committed to resolving your issue promptly.

Regards,

  • What specific changes have been made to the system? Were there any hardware or software modifications?
I changed Undervolt Protection in BIOS from Auto to Enabled because I couldnt install XTU in the first place.

  • Could you please confirm the exact version of Intel XTU you're currently running?
Newest, just downloaded it from official website. -  7.14.2.45

  • Have you encountered any error messages during launch or while using Intel Optimizer?
As I mentioned I changed Undervolt Protection in BIOS from Auto to Enabled because I couldnt install XTU. Also I unparked all my cores in REGEDIT since I found that also might couses screen freezes and stuttering when I play simulation games.

Hi @Zimniasty,

I wanted to update you on our findings regarding the issue you've been experiencing with your system. We have attempted to recreate the problem using a setup similar to yours, focusing on both AI Assist and Speed Optimizer features. I'm pleased to inform you that we did not encounter any issues during our tests. For your reference, I have attached videos demonstrating our testing process and results which I shared vie email.

To further investigate and pinpoint the cause of the issue, I kindly ask you to provide the Intel XTU logs from your system. You can find these log files in the following directory: C:\ProgramDate\Intel\Intel Extreme Tuning Utility\Logs . Please include all logs available in this folder.

For ease of sharing, it would be best if you could compile these logs into a zip file and send them to us. This will help us analyze the data more efficiently and work towards a resolution.

Thank you for your cooperation and patience.

Regards,
