[XTU] Need help undervolting my surface pro 3

Hi all

I'm having an issue when I try to undervolt my surface pro 3. Every voltage change makes my tablet reboot when I turn off the screen. I'm not talking about extreme under/over volting, even a 0,9mw change is enough. I was wondering if there is a way to automaticaly restore settings to default when I turn off the display and then reload my custom settings when I turn it back on?

Hello teodargent,

It is important to know that Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility (XTU) was designed to work on Intel® motherboards only, not on Original Equipment Manufacturer devices or other system brands devices.

If you still want to use the utility, you may want to use an older version of the software.

If it still not working, you may check if you can restore your computer to the last working state by choosing "System Restore" once you are in Windows*.

Additionally, I suggest confirming with Microsoft* how to under-volt your BIOS probably by flashing stock BIOS.
