XTU opens splash and closes

Fresh install of XTU

On opening it shows the splash, and than closes.

Had to disable Hyper-V and Virtualization to get it running in the first place

• Was there any major hardware or software change before the issue started?
• Is there any error message?

it did work before on this computer but for a past OS

There were no changes

There is no error message

 tried again a fresh installation and now an error message is displayed:

Unable to start  because the drivers are not running.

What I tried:

Remove XTU, reboot, ReinstallXTU, reboot,
