Xeon/Broadwell thermal paste or solder

Do all xeons from haswell onward use thermal paste under the integrated heat spreader instead solder? Also will the new desktop broadwell cpus use solder under the ihs?

Yes, after the Broadwell family, all processors use thermal paste under the integrated heat spreader.
