hey just seeing if anyone can help or has any input on this, i have an Xeon 8180m setup on a asus ws c621e sage motherboard, when i enable hyperthreading the clock speeds will drop down to 3.2ghz max when running benchmark and even if i open something as small as google chrome but as soon as i disable hyperthreading everything works great and it boosts over 3.5ghz all correctly as it should with many programs open, i tried many bios settings with no success, i have attached 2 pictures below, thank you
