Xeon cores not running at high speed.

Hello guys,

I want to ask about my newly first Xeon I ever had,

The cores seems like not running at full speed, I notices the speed slowing by time, at first run the cpu is at 80-90%, now it goes down to 60-70% Is this normal?, how do I fully utilise the cores speed?

Compare with my i7 laptop cpu with the same rendering software, I wish Xeon would Behave the same way o_o

[SOLVED] Overheat issue, I upgrade to a liquid cooler, 100% cpu utilises and Turbo Boost kicks in.
