ask about the Rjc of ATOM N455 and ICH8M-Southbridge?

On intel website, only can find the TDP and max Tj information. However I am doing thermal simulation to check the cooling effect of our product, which using Atom N455 and ICH8M Southbridge. who can help to give the thermal resistance from Junction to case (Rjc) of these two packages?
