bad cpu? i9-10850k

hello, i bought a new cpu and im having some issues with voltage and stability. 
when i only had XMP on and ran a benchmark it didn`t boost to 5.2, but it used 1.625V (maxed out at 1.634VCore) and i can`t get it stable at 5.0Ghz with 1.45V (im running hot at 1.5V)
LLC level6
Multicore Enhancement Enabled - Remove all Limits
BCLK Aware Adaptive Voltage Disabled
Sync All Cores.

Im i just really unlucky with the one i got?
am i doing soimething wrong?
is it even ok to get a chip that bad?
