Hello Michel-Jr,
Good day!
Thank you for raising this concern via communities. Before we proceed with the replacement of your processor, kindly answer the questions below:
- What steps were taken to troubleshoot your issue with your processor?
- When did you purchase the processor?
- What is the model of the processor?
- Is there any sign of physical damage on the processor?
- Did you update the BIOS to the latest version?
- What is the make and model of your motherboard?
- What is the ATPO or serial number of the CPU?
- What is the FPO or batch number of the CPU?
- Did you overclock the processor? “Please note that if the system was overclocked, including voltage/frequency beyond the processor's supported specifications, your processor voids the warranty.”
To further assist you, I kindly request that you download and execute the Intel System Support Utility (SSU) in order to provide me with a complete system specification, which will enable me to assist you in reviewing your system information.
When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.
1. Scan: Check the box Everything.
2. Click Scan.
3. Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
4. Click Save.
Regards,
John Sergio M.
