enable intel vPro and T.X.T. on Dell I7-2637m ultrabook

kind Intel Technical support,

i want activate the Intel vPro and intel T.X.T. features on one dell XPS 13 with I7-2637m cpu ( chipset QS67 ) and TPM 1.2 microchip.

the I7-2637m is suitable to Intel vPro technology ( like T.X.T. and I.P.T. ecc ) but the bios settings don't have nothing for activate T.X.T. and intel vpro under bios settings and on the intel site i didn't have find no guide for enable them.

is possible activate them on this pc ( configured like stand-alone pc )? and how i can to do?
