hi, does the Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40GHz 3.40 GHz support f16c instructions ?

No, the Core i7-2600 processor does not support this instruction set. Support for the F16C instructions was first introduced with the Ivy Bridge (i.e. 3rd gen) processors.
