1. Can you describe the issue more to us?

2. Was this working fine before?

3. Have you performed troubleshooting steps already?

4. Did you overclock the processor? (Please note that if the system was overclocked, including voltage/frequency beyond the processor supported specifications, your processor voids warranty.)

 

Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate System Support Utility (SSU) report. Please follow instructions here and send the report - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*
